^^^ It wasn't fun because we really weren't winning that much. We had a team that consistently backed into the playoff and limped along.
The Jets were the very definition of limping into the playoffs in '09; 9-7 off of two season-ending wins against teams that had already secured their seed.
Had the team made the AFC championship twice in a row, I don't think you would mind a Sanchez like QB all that much. Maybe you would complain a bit about how a QB is needed to get over the hump, but you sure as shit would enjoy watching Miami win 11 games regularly.
You're joking, right?
Fiedler's first year:
11-5, division title, lost in divisional round (note: Sanchez has yet to win a division title)
Fiedler's second year:
11-5, tied for best record in AFCE but lost on tiebreakers, lost in wild card round
I guess you're saying that when Miami traded for Ricky, I was happy with Fiedler's overall performance to that point? Um, not quite.
