Unless Reggie wants to take a huge cut in pay, he's history and I think honestly we'll be ok without him.
He has done very little since September. I think last year was the exception and not the rule. I don't believe he is an everydown back in this league.
And the injury excuse won't fly as that happened a while ago and he hasn't beenn on an injury report in a while. Its December now and he has done little to nothing for the majority of the season.
He doesn't need to take a pay cut, but he isn't getting a raise. Equal money to what he makes now. That should be the top offer.
