It really is advisable to not take the breathalyzer because the cops in my area are nailed for dwi all the time and they themselves ALWAYS refuse to blow. If you know you're not going to pass then you dont take it because although u will lose your license for refusal (depending on state law), its better then facing a possible felony because of your level of intoxication.
