Disclaimer: I am a pretty big Karl Urban fan...I've liked him in pretty much every role I've seen him in, from Chronicles of Riddick to Pathfinder to Bones on Star Trek.

The list is just getting too damned long... that is, the list of TV shows I really enjoy watching. After catching the two part series premier of Almost Human this week, it is definitely on my list. Interesting storyline, cool future tech effects, and a really funny chemistry between Karl Urban and his android sidekick, Dorian.

So many shows, so little time...

Isn't there a British version of this or something?

Nah, this is a brand new show. You may be thinking of "Being Human," which is about werewolves, vampires and ghosts.  They actually did an American version of that one already as well.

They should blend the two shows together to bring us, "Almost Being Human."  A vampire, a robot, a werewolf, a cop, & a ghost must find a way to work together if they want to save the world.

^^^ Ha! I swear, I almost made that same joke here last night, except I was going to suggest a robotic werewolf and a ghost cop.  Wink

Like minds of a feather flock to the early worm, or something like that...

But what if it was a robotic ghost?!  Isaac Asimov would blow his zombie brains out!

Big fan of Asimov, he's #2 on my list of literary influences, right after Mr. King. I even once named my dog "Furri Seldon" as a Foundation tribute.  I actually think he would appreciate the originality of a robotic ghost...
