Ross just implied that nobody's job is safe.  C'mon Ross.  Now is the time to let your balls hang out.

While these words are music to my ears, I will believe it when I see it.

If you have to keep Philbin, then at least dump Sherman. I would prefer Ireland be fired, but he can be defended a bit this season. Problem is, he should've been fired years ago.

I just want a new OC and 4 new guys on the O-Line. That is the smallest I can live with. If they keep every coach and office personnel, why even bother watching next season?

what do you want Ross to say? His comments mean nothing. Until the results of the Martin-Incognitio mess are made public this has been his stance from November

He could've declined comment, he didn't have to say anything. His tone was indicative of a person who is really disappointed and wants change. I don't think he will clean house, but I can see him bringing in a Jose McDaniels as OC with the message that if this team starts off 3-4, Philbin is gone and he is the new head coach.

I just want to clean house without the rebuild year. We don't need to rebuild. We need to live up to our talent level.

At this point if he's gonna get rid of people, the report results don't mean squat. He'd be doing it based on overall performance

God, I hope not.  McDaniels made a mess in Denver.   I don't trust him to evaluate talent or get players to believe in him.  He isn't head coaching material.

I heard McDaniels name come up in HC jobs, thought he was available, my mistake.

I wouldn't want him as anything but OC. I would take Lovie Smith as head coach in a heartbeat.

I'd grab Lovie Smith but you'd need a strong offensive coordinator if you go that route.  And Mike Sherman ain't it.

If you're going coaches it's time to give Jay Gruden a shot. He's been successful every where he's been.

I'll go on the record and say I do not want Philbin fired at all, but if it did happen, Jay Gruden would be at the top of my list, followed by Lovie Smith.
