I love Nazis as villains.

Ninjas >> Nazis

That is all.

I specifically like Nazis when it gets a little sci-fi-ish.  Like, when they'e getting into the occult.  Raiders, Hellboy, etc.

I love Nazis as villains.  I don't see them very much in the shows I watch anymore.  They are one of the truly bad guys that you don't have to make multi-dimentional to be interesting.
Man in the High Castle, Hunters, The Plot Against America, Westworld (although they were more of an afterthought here).  If I include white supremacist bad guys it's even more (The Watchmen come to mind).  If I include movies, I'll be here all day typing it out.

I want my bad guys to be multi-dimensional.  Nazis are not interesting IMO and have been done to death.  In the 80s and 90s it was The Russians.  In the 2000s it was Islamic terrorists.  Now, for whatever reason 75 years later, it's Nazis as the catch all bad guy.

Zombies. I don't think a sci-fi TV show has been made in the last 10 years that doesn't have zombies in it somewhere. Talk about overdone. There's nothing more overdone then zombies.

Yes, this is the correct answer.  Funny enough, I found 5 different Nazi Zombie movies during that time, most notably Dead Snow.

That was more late 2000s and into the 2010s a little.  True Blood and Twilight both were made in 2008.
