She was over 100.  She was my grandmother's sister.  My grandmother had four siblings.  All four of them lived to be at least 100.  That has to be some type of record.

Sorry to hear about your great aunt passing away, D4L.   No matter how long our loved ones live, it is still a difficult thing when they pass.

Condolences.  It does go to show that your genes have a lot to do with life expectancy.  I have some older friends that are cousins and their parents and aunts/uncles (family of four kids) all lived into their 90's, one left that is 98 and still lives by herself in her own home.
