I'm conflicted, personally. I see the results that have been happening in quadriplegics but yet, fear the wrong uses for such a device.

I am in favor of doing whatever anyone wants to do (and I would also do) to correct abnormalities.  So, if you're trying to cure something with a chip in the brain, knock yourself out.  As an augment to healthy humans, I am not so much on board.
