Sale: Firefly on DVD

Slickdeals.net has a link to the entire series of Firefly (4 discs) for sale for $17.

For those of you that haven't seen it, it is a Western set in space, and feels more Western than sci-fi most of the time.  It's also got a layer of camp similar to the old Indiana Jones movies.

It comes with a high recommendation from me.  The only thing is that you're sure to be disappointed when it's over, since the series was not renewed.  However, they did make a motion picture to wrap up the loose ends.  Check it out or Netflix it.

Loved the series...loved the movie.  I'm considering adding this set to my miniscule collection.

My only beef with the movie was that it tied up too many lose ends. And they dialed the Chinese swearing way down.

EDIT: Just have to add one thing... Why do almost all the shows I like get cancelled?
