Is it just me or does it seem like every years there is "the greatest European NBA prospect ever" and every year something comes up and they don't play. Why do these teams keep wasting high draft picks on these guys?

The reason they all do it now is in hopes of snagging the next Nowitzki or Gasol...but I think you'll see that trend correcting itself over the next few years.

I sincerely hope so.  We need to get back to the days where you had guys like Hakeem Olajuwon, Patrick Ewing, and David Robinson dominating in the paint.  That's what ultimately wins titles in the NBA.

Euro's are soft marshmellows anyway. Rubio would've never gotten anyway with that fancy bullshit in the NBA. I'm glad he stayed in europe he stinks anyways.
