Ireland should have been gone after the Dez Bryant fiasco. Unprofessional on every level.

Sparano should be gone based on his losing record in back to back years. The numbers don't lie

according to reports Ireland and Sparano laid out a "master plan" to turn the entire organization around in their meeting with Ross.

I can only imagine what they are thinking. Promoting the WR coach to offensive coordinator really doesn't excite anyone. So if that along with adding a journeyman QB is how they plan on fixing hte offense we are all in trouble.
