The telecast never mentioned this, but me and my buddy caught it and rewound it about 100 times.  Awesome.

That was hilarious - its almost like the Giants' player saw him from far away and said "I'm gonna pelt that dude in the face with this ball when I get there..."

When I saw it, I thought I saw the guy nail the cameraman and that other guy but I didn't believe it. What a schmuck.

Did he apologize later for that?

I thought that defensive player was trying to throw it at the wall after the return...but just failed miserably at being a QB.

Still damned funny though...the dude who took the shot went all jelly-legged. Wonder if he ended up falling down afterward.

Another funny scene in that game...when the two Giants players faked injuries and fell down at the same time:

That was sickening to watch.  Both guys were totally busted.  I've seen this from a lot of teams both in the pros and college this season and wish officials would start doling out unsportsmanlike conduct penalties to the offending players.  I see it as little more than cheating.

The NFL has rules about teams trying to stop the clock at the end of games, why not adopt something to stop this?  Hard to patrol but at least you would stop bad acting performances like last night's.

That's funny, because when I saw that, I thought, "Hmmm, it's too bad Miami's coaches and players were too dumb to do the same thing against New England, even when they were injured."

Sean Smith should have went to the ground when he had a cramp instead of hobbling around and letting Brady drop a TD on him.

When you're injured, I don't have a problem with it.  Sean Smith should have done something to get himself off the field.

I think it's pretty cheap to fake an injury (bad sports karma) for the purpose of slowing down an offense you can't stop.  But until it's made illegal, it should probably be employed more often.

I also thought of Miami's situation last Monday night, but Sparano could have done it all night long and it wouldn't have mattered.  That team was going to beat his up and down the field regardless.
