I don't take this seriously, but it wouldbe interesting.  As a HEAT fan, I'd be nervous with every snap.

Even if he was interested in joining, why the Seahawks?

Lebron didn't say he wanted the Seahawks, he only said he wanted any team but the Eagles.

Bigger question has he ever entered the NFL draft?  Report didn't mention that, if he hasn't he can't just sign as a FA.

Guess he doesn't want to be a part of TWO ill-fated dream teams.  Tongue

Why not, doesn't the league have some walk on players? Did all those players enter the draft? Maybe they did I don't know that is why I am asking!!!!!

No, you can't have a walk on player.  There are literally thousands of UDFA every year.  Almost every player in the CFL or arena football, etc are UDFA. They can "walk on" at any time in their lifetime.  But you have to go undrafted first.

No, you can't have a walk on player.

This ESPN article from 2009 claims LeBron could've signed with any any team, without having to declare for the draft.

If he wanted to enter the NFL, he wouldn't have to declare for the draft. He'd be free to sign with any team.

^^^ either the reporter is mistaken OR Lebron at some point in the past made himself eligible for the draft.

Lebron would be great in Miami's newly revamped wildcat.  It would end Miami's red zone woes, just toss the ball up high to him like he's going for a dunk.
