I've never personally owned a blackberry, but we've gotten them for my wife before. I also have a personal fondness for the company since both a very good friend of mine and my brother both work there.
Recently, they've had some pretty big issues, with their network going down for about 3 days. I don't really understand what happened, especially since it didn't affect me.
Does anyone have their phones? What's the deal?
