Miami's former HC is now officially unemployed...replaced by their QB coach, Jim Caldwell.

I still think Cameron is a quality OC...but he won't be a quality OC in Baltimore any more.

He was awful at the end of last year and this year has been bad.  I was surprised they brought him back. Harbaugh almost went after him physically in the AFC Championship game on the sideline.

Cam will get work as an OC in this league but he isn't very good.
