I always go through little food obsessions, right now it's dried fruit...I'm pretty open about trying new food,So I'm always looking for new places to try out....

The one I really want to try,but seems to allude me here,is Pho..One place that had it,shut down, and I was planning on going to another place that had it this weekend...but after seeing the recent Health inspection...I'm not going there either...

I had Lamb today!

Also, a good buddy of mine (who helped with the TDMMC redesign) is Vietnamese.  He made Pho for me one day and now we periodically go to a restaurant by the comic book store.

Both are delicious.

I wanted to try Shawarma recently.  I never had actually had it and the end of the Avengers got me thinking about it, so I finally tried it.  Delicious.

Now, I think I'd like to try African food.  I just know nothing about it at all.

I've had lamb chops, and I ate Gyros many times....Most of those that I've had were Lamb meat...

I'd like to try Tofu, that is prepared well in a good recipe...

Bump Update...

I had Pho last night...It's been unusually cold and Snowy ..err for May... Huh My "Wife" came into town, and took my Mom and I out for dinner, and I suggested a place that had it I saw on Yelp a week or so ago...

It was pretty good...I'm sure it's better in bigger cities where there are more than 2 restaurants that have it.

I tried hummus for the first time about a week ago...had a garlic-lemony flavor. I wasn't all that impressed.

^^ At publix they have about 12 different flavors of hummus.  I suggest the "supremely spicy" hummus.  It is actually decent.

Polar Bear.
Penguin.
Panda.

Three completely useless animals, three potentially very tasty meals.
