I'm liking what I see from Sims and Mathews. This WR group is so much better then the one they had last year.

Sims is looking really good out there.  One can only dream that this is the second coming of Antonio Gates

I also liked what I saw of Kelcie McCray and Jamar Taylor in the first half. With all the talk about Jordan, Taylor and Davis are looking awfully good to me. This may have been an exceptional draft especially when you consider that it wasn't particularly stocked with top end players.

Jamar Taylor needs to play the entire game.  Let him catch up on the game work he's missed.

On the flip side REALLY disappointed in Egnew. I think he's cut even with the injury to Keller. I hate Clay at TE, but unfortunately Egnew hasn't shown anything either. I hope Sims can continue to improve catching the ball, he looks like a TE much more than Clay.

Looks like Marvin McNutt and Pat Devlin made a case to be kept around

Seems like the Fins haven't had a high caliber TE in a long time.  It also seems like Gray didn't hold up after a pretty good early part of the pre season at RB.  I liked what I saw from Devlin and several other guys.  This pre-season has lasted forever.  I'm ready for some meaningful football!

After the Dallas game Gray's YPC was downright awful in the next 4 games (1.1, 1.5, 2.3, and 3.5) . Punching in a couple TDs from 1 yard out isn't that impressive.

Gray has no burst, no real speed and is not an NFL caliber running back.
