Looks like at 39, he still has some game left....could be a great pickup for the Panthers and I'm guessing REALLY cheap!

No one else wanted him, and the Panthers needed a goalie with Clemmensen on the shelf for a while.

He's better than the minor league schlubs and maybe he can teach Markstrom a few things.  Don't expect him to get many starts, though, unless Markstrom really struggles.
