I lost my choo-choo on what my other 2 were... Tongue Embarrassed

Nice Bike Cf,I didn't know you were a biker!

I've got a buddy that is a H-uge Harley Davision Fan...He's got 3 or 4 bikes...He just traded a gold wing, and another older Harley for an Electroglide?...I know it's a bagger. He stopped by the other night to show it to me.(It made his wife much happier,it's more comfortable for her to ride with him).He still has 2 others in his garage,he's fixing up.

He keeps getting me into,I joke No Thank you...I don't anything else that's liable to leave me on the side of the road!  Cheesy

With my kids now in college my wife and I have gotten into riding quite a bit. She even has her own bike now. I've been to Daytona for Bike Week many times in my youth but it more fun to me now as I get a lot more out of it. We've never been to Sturgis but definitely have it on our bucket list.  Last year was Sturgis' 75 anniversary and this year was Daytona's 75th so they were both pretty huge.

I've been looking at bikes, but I'm going to start with a little Honda if I decide to do it.

Thanks B. Yes.. I used to ride quite a bit when I was younger but my wife would never let me get one. She finally gave in during 2014 and we've been having a blast. I talked her into getting her license and then during the second day of class she told me "I'm getting my own bike!" ... LOL. Now it's hard to get her to ride with me any longer. We did a ride a couple of weeks ago with over 600 bikes. It was crazy as we took over the roads with a huge police escort. They even shut down the interstate for us.

I've been looking at bikes, but I'm going to start with a little Honda if I decide to do it.
That is what my wife started with too and I'm glad she did. She's actually turned into a pretty good rider but it has really helped her with having a smaller and lighter bike as she has become comfortable with riding. She has a 750 Honda Shadow Aero. It looks and operates similar to a Harley Deluxe and that is what she hopes to get one day. The Honda Shadow is much cheaper and lighter to learn on.

This is her bike. It's a 2007 and looks brand new.

Back in '06 I bought the car I've always wanted, a Corvette. Loved that thing. I have since sold it and got a house a little afterwards. So, I guess right now it would be the house.

CF, that is pretty much what Mr. Buddha recommends. He is into all the foreign bikes as well as dirt bikes. He has a GSXR here(and a dog named after it) and some dirt bike or something, but doesn't think I'll ever enjoy that. I'm more of a cruiser girl. Apparently Harley's aren't that great for women due to their size. (Keep in mind that I'm barely 5'1".)  He wants to start me with a Honda Rebel only because they're SO cheap. If I don't like riding it's not a big deal.
