Premise: During the depression, a man who lost his son takes in a young fighter turned jockey.  Their horse is undersized and wild, but scrappy, like it's rider.  Between the horse, jockey, trainer, and owner, all were down on their luck, but help each other to bounce back.

Rating: Good.

I'm not in to horseracing at all.  But, this was just a well done movie...not too sappy or corny.  Also, it was set in the past, without cramming it down your throat...an art lost these days.  Check it out.

I agree...did you feel that? The earth 's axis just slippped a degree or two.

I think the Movie is pretty good, just way over-hyped.It didn't live up to the way it was billed..IMO...
