Premise: Yuri Orlov is an international arms dealer, selling guns and other weapons to the leaders of the most war torn parts of the globe. He starts in the 80s, when he sold guns to local gansters and drug dealers, and by the end of the 90s he becomes the leading arms dealer in the world.

Rating: Suprisingly freaking sweet!! This movie bombed at the box office! Huh

Highlights: This movie plays almost exactly like Blow, but w/ guns. The story is told in flashback form w/ Yuri narrating. It shows the relationship he has w/ his brother, the life of lies he created w/ his wife, and the games he plays w/ an Interpol agent bent on his capture.

I thought the previews looked great, but then I hear so many bad reviews that I put off watching this one. I'll add it to my list.

I wasn't really wild about his movie...It was ok,Not great...the Previews tended to make it better than it really was..Knowing that it's based on a true story, made it Better.

I had high hopes for this movie. I almost wish this movie can be undone and put into the hands of a better screen writer and director as it was executed horribly.

Cage's character doesn't have any emotion throughout the entire movie. None. Then, at the end we are supposed to sympathize with him.

His brother was supposed to be this fuckup who no one understood. Then towards the end, he developed a conscious?

It was a very interesting premise, but they dropped the ball too many times. Cage went from working in the restaurant like a schmuck to being a top arms dealer in like 3 minutes.
