Check this guy out!  6'6, 235 lbs, and can make all the throws.

He's not a big enough name for Miami fans.  While he may be the next "Derek Anderson", if he didn't light it up within his first 4-5 games with Miami then he'd be sent packing.  *sigh*

Watch,  some one is going to pick this guy up and he will blossom. It wont be Miami.  Roll Eyes  Then again he could be another guy who just looks good on Video.

Great size, great athlete, questionable competition. I can't seem to find much on this kid...
We need a QB, why not pick up this kid in the 5/6th round, let him sit for a few years and see what he can do.
He looks like he has a dynamtire arm, accurate and strong.Seems to be able to lead his recievers too. A big question mark would probably be his ability to read defenses and no one knows much about him

He looks like a steal though if we could get him Grin

Are you kidding me ? Give an example of Miami doing that to a young QB they just drafted.

A lot of fans were ready to do it to John Beck after the way he played last year.

Coming out of a small school really hurts him.  If he's available in the 7th round or as an undrafted free agent, I'd consider him.

I don't believe Beck is the answer either, but the fans don't run the team.
Run_2_win said he would be sent packing after 5 games, this isn't logical.
Beck is still a Dolphin, even I like to see him as a back up for Miami.

Remember, fans have power.  Their power lies in their wallets.  As a fan base, we forced Cam Cameron out and forced Wayne into selling the team.

Give me a break.  Fans hardly have any power.  If the fans had any power, Olivadotti would've been fired and replaced with someone more competent while Dan was in his prime.  If fans had any power, Wannstedt would've never been hired.  If fans had any power, Matt Millen would've been fired ages ago!  No GM should be that bad and have that kind of job security.

Not you, not me, not anybody else forced Cam Cameron out.  I believe that was Bill Parcells and Jeff Ireland who told Cameron, "you're fired."  Wayne had recently admitted he had been looking to bring in a partner for four years now.  Also, Wayne's kids don't want to run the team, so it made sense to sell half of the team to a guy that WANTS to run the team.  Who knows, Ross could bring in another partner after Wayne steps down.  Fans don't have as much power as you like to think, if any at all.
