So the cops find the Jag's WR in his car with two friends, and he was cutting up about six grams of coke with a credit card.

That's enough to nail him for posession with intent to distribute.  This guy is in deep shit.

Damnit.  Jones was an integral part in the all-white fantasy football team.  Quality crackers at wide-receiver are hard to come by these days.

1 gram equals intent to distribute. Wow. Matt skates by just like many celebreties on this one.

He got arrested for violating the terms of bail and served a week in jail.... then the Jags released him!!!

Should the Dolphins pick him up?

Do you think that the Dolphins should pick up everyone who is cut or released? Seriously? You'd want this dude who can't stay out of trouble on your team?

Actually, the cocaine thing was his first time getting in trouble.  And yes, he violated his plea agreement by going out drinking.... but would he have gotten thrown in jail if he wasn't under a plea agremeent for that?  Going out and "having a few beers with the guys" hardly qualifies as trouble.

He's coming off his best season for the Jags.

In all honesty ... I could see Matt Jones in a Dolphins uniform.

As a DIE HARD Jags fan and as Miami as my second team when they are not playing my Jags. It would be a waste of time and money as Matt is one lazy person with no work ethic.
