To win. Or at least create a winning attitude. Winning creates confidence, and I believe that confidence will create a unity and an ambition amongst the team. This mentality of "just trying to be competitive" and using a season to "develop" players really bothers me, and I think its become the norm. The feeling of 5-6 wins being a successful season, wtf. Is it reality? Sure. But c'mon! We need to get some stability going 'cause I'm getting sick of "rebuilding". I hope Miami can do the equivalent in the NFL as the Marlins have this season. Surprise the hell outta everyone with a no-name team.
I'm sick of living in the sellar. It just doesn't seem right, I feel ya Cardinals and Lions fans...
