Fins: A good showing

A lot of progress tonight.

Good signs:

1. Chad Pennington's comfort.

2. The first-team offensive line.

3. Ricky Williams running well again.

4. The young defensive linemen were active, as was Channing Crowder.

5. Ted Ginn, Jr., showed his soft hands and speed.

6. Dan Carpenter, perfect on field goals.

7. Chad Henne showed some good signs again.

The Bad?

1. Ronnie Brown's thumb injury. We'll see how bad it is.

2. Discipline (penalties)

3. Clock management at the end of the first half.
