I hope, for his family's sake, that he makes a full recovery.  I'm praying for him.

I hope he recovers fully.

To answer the question, Jacksonville is a shit hole of a city and the players are just getting caught up in the environment. That doesn't mean these players were never prone to bad situations before playing there though.

Hey!!  I lived near there for almost three years.  It's not anywhere near as bad as people make it out to be.

If you think coffee smells bad, you need to visit the nose doctor.

Coffee does smell nasty, and it tastes nasty also. I live in South. Fla. i know all about Jax, but it appears they have had some 10 problems in the last 3 years or something like that. ESPN is saying how the title of bad boys may be moving from Cincy to Jax.   Smiley

aaaah, the media..

Let's see 10 problems, as in 10 players getting arrested, in ONE season before we talk about taking that particular title away from Cincy.

Maybe to you but not to me.  There's nothing like walking into a Dunkin Donuts or Starbucks in the morning and smelling the rich, freshly ground coffee.... and walking away with a big, hot steaming cup of it.

Like I said, you need to go to a nose doctor.  You've got the Budweiser plant and the Maxwell House plant here.  So it smells like beer and coffee.  Not shit.

Maybe they cleaned that stink out of the air, but Tony Kornheiser even wrote an article about it before the Super Bowl there. The city was at one point a complete cesspool.

Coffee does smell kind of icky. My girlfriend lives a couple of blocks away from the New England Coffee Company. If I'm sleeping over there, I'm always woken at 5 A.M. by the noxious coffee smell that apparently no one in that city can smell but me, either because they're used to it, or they've resigned to living in a stinky city and just cope with it.

BUMP

He's paralyzed from the waist down and they had to amputate one of his legs.  He took 14 bullets in his hide and is lucky to be alive.   His football career is over.  My prayers go out to him and his family.
