I think that things will change under either candidate. McCain will have a harder time, because there is a Democratic congress though. Alternative fuel sources will be a priority of either man, I think.
Obama will surely change the tax structure and the war situation. I think that's pretty clear, and I don't see any reason why he couldn't get that accomplished.
The health care plans that he has would take a long time, and I can totally see those not getting put into place. But there definitely will be some changes right away.
