even if the crux of what Davis alleges is true, it aint tampering.  The accusation is that a former raider employee told BB that Moss wanted to be traded -- that is not tampering.

Nothing will come of this. I'm not even sure Davis really thinks the Patriots tampered. No tampering complaint has been filed with NFL and the alleged event happened, what, 18 months ago?
