Miami is not out of the woods yet, but we are starting to see day light. Miami dominated the Chargers on paper and on the field even though the score looked close. Greg Camarillo lead the team in reception yards and Ronnie Brown ran wild cat all over San Diego. But there was one stat that has me excited and thrilled. Miami only committed one penalty for 5 yards.
This was huge because it meant the dolphin defense could get off the field when they held the Chargers in check. I was tired of seeing the D commit penalties giving the other team automatic 1st downs. With the lack of penalties it lead to Miami controlling the clock.

As much as I'd love think this was great...The Refs were sitting on their hands during this game, like they wanted out of the rain....5 total penalties....in the game...Joey got tripped, nothing, then Joey got hands to the face nothing...(they called once against S.D. with someone else I think Roth) Thye really just let them play....

I did notice the lack of penalties.  That's HUGE.

I'm still a little concerned about our lack of ability when it comes to the deep ball.  It seems that when we know they're going to pass on a long down, it doesn't matter.

Though it was true the refs took it easy on San Diego I still do not recall Miami getting away with anything. The Dolphins played a pretty clean game and they deserve credit because the penalties have been killing them. On a side not who is getting sick of these announcers? Again toward the end of the game they were making excuses for the Charger, they are too injured, they are banged up, it was sickening when Miami controlled the game, this is two games in a row these guys pulled this crap, how about a little respect.

I don't think either team was getting away with Bloody murder...but they sure weren't being ticky tack calls either....I thought the P.I. call on David Martin was going to be changed to Illeagal Contact personally...

Gus Johnsosn just annoys the hell out of me,Dick stockton is the same way wrong numbers,Swaying with the B.S. to whom ever is winning....
