WTF?  No respect!!  Do you think Coach Sparano has pointed this out to the team, like, several times a day?  I'm feeling really good about a win right now.  Grin

Yeah, I'm sure the people who make the betting lines have taken the fact that Miami has never beaten Houston into consideration.

Forget a close game.  I want a blowout win for the Dolphins.

I didn't say next.  That would be speculation.  Depending on how the Dolphins and Pats play it is possible.  Also at home against the Raven next week is a distinct possibility.

But my question was when was the last time Miami was the favorite.  That is not speculation that is an actual event.

Had to dig a little, but looks like it was week 4 of last season...Miami was a 3.5 pt favorite at home over Oakland.

Remember that a line is not designed to weigh out who is the better team; only to ensure that an equal amount of money is bet on each team - the Casino will lay off the difference with another casino to ensure an even amount wagered - the Casino makes the money on the vig.

In the eyes of the general public, the Dolphins are still a 1-15 team.  Therefore that casino needs to ensure that there is enough of an incentive to have people lay as much on the Fins as on Houston.

I had them as a 1 pt favorite against Belmont Pop Warner, locally in the off-season. Belmont beat them 42-6.  Cheesy

Yeah, but the refs screwed them bad on a couple of calls.

Come on guys lets get our heads out of the clouds!I'm a dolfan also I bleed aqua and orange! I would love to see this team go far this year(playoffs no way in hell). We have only won two games after a 1-15 season.Against the PATS back up quarterback (second NFL start),an older, slower defense and a third string runing back! As for San Diego they can't seem to find it so far this year.Houston is as they say the best 0-4 team out there. If it wasnt for good ol Sage they would have spanked Indy!Speaking of spanking maybe the analyst and the rest of the non dolphin loving world hasn't forgotten that our ASS CHEEKS ARE STILL RED from the beating we got from Arizona!!!

First ,  Miami beat a capable New england team. Last time I checked, Tom Brady does not play defense.  San Diego came off a 35 pt game to beat oakland.  Houston almost beat the Colts who seem to not found its rhythm yet.  Miami lost to Arizona was due to poor defense and play calling.  Miami has found something to work with these past couple of games and it only can get better.

Its football dude any giving  Sunday any team can come out and whoop ass.

I seethe when I think about that game.  Our run defense was flat out awful.  Culpepper basically had his way with us, and made Cam look like the moron that he is.
