There has to be at least one good reason why he is without a team.  My guess is there are several.

There's 2 things to this story that annoy me:

1.) Ty Law is a Parcells guy.   Who's next, Dave Meggett?

2.) I wonder if they're searching for that veteran leadership that we all screamed about in the preseason, but they seemingly didn't give a crap about?

Why would Ty Law being a Parcells guy annoy you?...The "Parcells guys" who are playing for Miami this season have contributed pretty friggin much to this fast turnaround from last years disastrous team and HEAD Coach (Pennington, J. Ferguson, Fasano etc.)

Miami's secondary has been a big problem this season, so IF Ty Law can still play Why not sign him?Huh....Miami can still win a bunch of games this year....The AFC east is wide open (especially with Brady out)...The Dolphins  have a shot at the playoffs and the division title....signing a key veteran CB like Ty Law would not hurt that cause at all.

WR Keyshawn Johnson is also waiting for a call to replace your boy Tedd Ginn Wink Grin

Even in decline, he's better than any DB we have on our roster.
If he wants too much money, then I'd rather take a pass.

Gotta agree with Tommy on this one.  Will Allen may be better though with Law's age being a factor.  Regardless, I bet Law wouldn't drop 3 out of every 4 easy INTs.
