Could anyone ever predict a Mike Shanahan team rushing for just 14 yards in one game? Has his zone-blocking system jumped the shark? Meanwhile, former Broncos back Clinton Portis leads the NFL in rushing by a landslide for the Redskins.

Miami however is up to #18 ...........up from #32 at the begining of the season.  Grin

I wouldn't relax too much.  San Diego has been known to make late season charges.

Got to agree with the Donkey fan here.  Standing in the division is way more important than the Fox power rankings.

I do think that San Diego will push the Broncos down the stretch, but I still think Denver will win enough games to make it into the dance. I'm not sure what they can do to dramatically improve their defense, but look out for a seriously studly sun devil named Ryan Torain to stabilize the offense and bring them back to a 30+ pt per week kind of team.

That sure is a mighty fine logo you've got there...

Denver is still on top of the AFC West.  Falling in the Power Rankings is the least of Mike Shanahan's worries.

Yeah Miami would be in 1st in that division too with a whopping 4-4 record instead of the lowest in the East.

^^The Jets game still pisses me off.  Miami could easily be 5-3 right now.

I try not to think about that.  I would be fine with losing every other game as long as we beat the Jets in December. Thats my Superbowl.   Evil

I find a comment they make about the dolphins strange:

"Looking for a sleeper team to emerge in the second half? Don't count out the Dolphins, who "earned" their favorable schedule thanks to last year's 1-15 atrocity. In their final eight games, Miami has games against each AFC East rival ..."

They also had 3 games against the AFC East rivals in the FIRST 8 games, from which they earned a 2-1 record.  Why is would 3 more games be considered a season killer?
