I get another pass rushing LB, and a big, fast physical WR.

I agree with Tommy ... but also need depth at OL, DL, and WR; Look for another safety to compliment Bell and possibly a LB to replace Crowder.

EDIT: I forgot - re-sign Bell, Goodman; potentially re-sign Carey and Crowder if price is right.

We don't need Sproles.  We have Cobbs.

Priority #1: Re-sign Channing Crowder
Priority #2: Re-evaluate Ricky's commitment to the team, and his contribution to the future.
Priority #3: Get Camarillo healthy
Priority #4: Fire Earnest Wilford
Priority #5: draft - a speedy OLB, a Hines-Ward/Reggie-Wayne-type WR, Pass-rushing DT
Priority #6: get Ginn to bulk up
Priority #7: Work with Merling and Langford to get them to become better pass rushers.

We need another WR...I don't think we should draft one, free agents that we should look at include:

T.J. Housh and Antonio Bryant (who originally comes from Miami).

We need to sign Crowder and Carey...as much as I like Bell, he might be the odd man out when it comes to the resigning.

Notable DB free agents:
Nnamdi Asomugha, UFA, Oakland Raiders
Mike Brown, UFA, Chicago Bears
Brian Dawkins, UFA, Philadelphia Eagles
Dawan Landry, RFA, Baltimore Ravens
Dunta Robinson, UFA, Houston Texans
Jermaine Phillips, UFA, Tampa Bay Buccaneers

DRAFT:

Round 1 - Terrence Cody...6'5'' 365lb beast that could be Ferguson's replacement
Round 2 - Victor Harris, CB, Virginia Tech and George Selvie, DE, USF
Round 3 - Nic Harris, S, OU...I think everyone saw him in the national title game..if he goes up draft boards, we need to get him wherever, but right now this is where he is projected.
Rounds 4-7 - find a gem in the later rounds

We need to sign Crowder and Carey...

Carey is estimated to be worth as much as $10 million a year on the open market. You really want to pay him that kind of money?

As for Crowder, I really don't know... I haven't been sold on him, but the coaches and players speak exceptionally highly of him. And we all know that he's miffed the team hasn't made an offer yet... I can't help but wonder how much he's asking. I think we're looking at $5 million a year or so.

Nnamdi Asomugha, UFA, Oakland Raiders

No way in HELL does Asomugha become a free agent. He'll get franchised if Al Davis can't get him to sign a new contract.

Quote
Dunta Robinson, UFA, Houston Texans

He wants to stay with the Texans. He was great before the injury, but hasn't been quite the same since. No one has a better idea of where he is in terms of his injury than the Texans, so if they believe he'll come back 100%, they'll resign him at a bit of a discount. I doubt he reaches free agency.

^^I have to admit, I don't like that list of DB's....

Nnamdi's awesome, but I'd not like to blow a huge chunk of cap space on a DB.....We're NOT ONE PLAYER AWAY
Mike Brown is often injured, but good when healthy...no thanks...
Brian Dawkins too old...36 next season no thanks
Dawan Landry,Will cost us a pick more tha likely, and only saw the field 2 games last year...Great rookie year... Undecided
Dunta Robinson...0 Ints in three years, can he stay healthy? no thanks
Jermaine Philips Glass forearms! Will be 30 next year,I'd prefer to get younger....

The WR's...Housh is like 6ft 200lbs..and 32 years old..Sorry I don't like Big money contracts to Football players over 30...
I doubt A.Bryant would take a cheap one or 2 year deal.....

Umm restricted Free agents...Marquis Colston would be worth a shot....
and in the secondary...I'd like to take a shot at Oshiomogho Atogwe....
Sorry my 2 cents on those players....

DEFENSE!  We need to get Big and powerful on that D Line to shut down the run and we need a great Dback to create turnovers.

We also need Special Teams help........Young Defensive stallwarts make great Special teams players.

A Stud receiver would be nice ...........Some OLine depth.........But Defense is were we need to concentrate our first 3 picks to be a stronger more physical Team.

$10 mil??  For a right tackle that's slightly above average?  I don't think so.

An improved pass rush will make the DBs that much better and create turnovers.  Hopefully we find a couple of gems that can both rush the QB and stuff the run.

As great as NT Terrence Cody sounds, I think interior o-line and the pass rush are a higher priority.  If he was available and clearly better than any guard, center, right tackle or DE available then I wouldn't be happy to have him.

How many games did Ferguson play in this year?  He'll be 35 next season.  That's a concern but...

I don't see there being a chance in hell Antonio Bryant coming to Miami..Not with Parcells...That's the Guy that spit on parcells in Dallas, then Parcells traded him to Cleveland.....
