I once had a 60ish female doc sit down on a stool so she was eye level with my junk when she asked me to cough. No turning was required.

I don't think either Bush, or Carter, or Clinton, have been buried "anywhere" yet...since they're still kickin'.

Washington, John Adams, John Quincy Adams, Monroe, Taylor, Grant, Garfield, McKinley, Wilson, Eisenhower.  They aren't buried.  They reside in sarcophagi.

If you were looking for a different answer, then....

None.  Wilson is not buried in a state, he's buried in Washington D.C., but that is still considered the Continental United States.
