Greg Cote makes an interesting point in his blog.  Rather than spend a draft pick on WVU's Pat White, instead sign Michael Vick when he gets out of prison (which will probably happen this summer), and have him run the Wildcat.

OK.  Then answer his question in that article.  Do you not want Vick on your team for moral reasons or for football reasons?

Me, personally, I'm in a quandry.  His skills are very enticing, but what he did to those animals is despicable.

I have never been a fan of Vick. His "skills" have deminished anyway. Anyone who expects him to come out with the same speed, size, talent, etc. will be mistaken.

doesn't atlanta still control his contract .. just because he's missing seasons doesn't mean the atlanta contract goes away

Me, personally, I'm in a quandry.  His skills are very enticing, but what he did to those animals is despicable. 

He is going to be very rusty and he was never a great passer to begin with. Also you have to wonder about his mental ability to stay focused for a season with all the distractions he will face when he comes out of jail. This is the same guy who was told by his college coach  that he could not handle te whole playbook and should not come out early to the NFL.
