Well considering that you can't go to Canada as a US citizen if you have a felony, he won't be doing that.

The league did not fold.  It suspended operations for one season.

He pretty much ran a wildcat like offense in Atlanta and failed with it because he never learned how to become an NFL QB. Sure, he was fast and he had a CANNON for an arm, but he could never read a defense. Instead of reading a playbook, he opted to slam dogs skulls onto concrete.

I would not watch if he became a Dolphin.

It's a PR nightmare and hiring Vick just to run the Wildcat is ri-damn-diculous.  I'm with StL, put him at WR and then call up his brother as a punt returner (again) or backup Wildcat QB.  Maybe we could get a 2-for-1 deal.  I'll start the bidding at 1.29.
