Ted Ginn = Renaldo Nehemiah or Featherstone from Necessary Roughness if you remember that gem.

It's pretty well impossible to teach someone to not be a pussy once they've reached the NFL.  It's been said before, but his lack of heart negates his special skills.  Hartline was caught after he had a ten-yard lead whereas Ginn would've jumped on the ground if he had made that catch. 

I'm not saying he'll be going down the middle and taking shots from safeties.  I'm saying his concentration can be improved to where he doesn't drop balls he should catch.  There's a distinction to be made there.  Cedric Benson was accused of having no heart.  He found it in Cincy.  Ricky Williams was accused of having no heart; he found it in Miami.  Ronnie Brown was accused of having no heart, and he magically found it once his production increased.  Terry Glenn was called "she" by Bill Parcells for not practicing hurt, and he wont on to have a solid career.

In the end, he's what you've got this year.  You're no better with him sitting on the bench, so you might as well keep him out there and hope he improves.
