My Email account through for my IP,It has my paypal account, bank,Ebay etc,etc...I used to Pop3 or whatever it to Outlook express,on my XP machine...Well outlook express doesn't work with W7 (as far as I can tell, and Microsoft capability software listed it as a no,no before I installed it) So I've been manually logging in..and I've noticed absolutely no mail in the account ever since...No spam,no emails....Is it still forwarding everything? Do I need to stop it somehow?

So this morning I forwarded all my Email from that account to my Gmail account..

I don't think the POP3 email will "forward" things to Outlook Express.  Rather, OE will go to your mail server and pull messages into its database.  So, for the webmail to show no messages on your server makes me think OE is still pulling messages somehow.  Do you have it open on another computer somewhere maybe?
