Shame of the Game goes to Sean Smith for being all over that play, but still letting the receiver catch the ball and then getting by him.

I won't give out a shame, but I will say that Henne had a pretty poor showing for much of the game.  He didn't have terrible numbers, but he missed open receivers on several occasions.  I think the defense bailed him out today.

Funny. I didn't see the game but kept up on my phone. I heard the beginning and the end on the radio and at the end the guys, Jimmy Cefalo, Jim Mandich, and Joe Rose were kind of raving on Henne. They said he had 50 somthing passes but it really didn't seem like much and that his poise was very good. they went on to say that last week didn't carry over and that showed a lot of maturity.

in another note Larry King was calling the game inthe first half with them. Kind of wierd if you ask me.   I guess we are doing celebrity announcers now?  Undecided

Henne had good numbers, but he had missed opportunities and a costly pick that was nobody's fault but his, at a time when we were driving to tie the game.

In his defense, he didn't have mental errors, but he floated a lot of passes for first downs.  His receivers made some good catches to bail him out, in addition to the defense stepping up to stop the Pats.

The Patriots were inside the 10 twice and came away with 0 points, one from a failed 4th and 1, and another from an INT in the endzone.  Around this time, Henne had to ability to capitalize, but missed open guys.  He kept his poise at the end, though, and I guess it's all that matters.

Believe it or not, from 1969 to 1975, Rick Weaver, Henry Barrow, Hank Goldberg and Larry King called Dolphin games on WIOD. Larry King became famous for his radio talk show on WIOD in the 60's and the 70's.

King was absolutely controversial back in those days. If you heard one of his broadcasts that were raunchy from the earlier days and what he does on CNN these days (asking softball questions) you would not believe it was him!!

Henne was right on track to get the shame. He missed some wide open throws today and one of them almost killed our game winning drive. Thank goodness he hit the fourth down pass. That may have bailed him out from getting the shame from me. I'm not sure who to choose.

Henning.  No reason that Henne should be dropping back 53 times.

I especially didn't like the fact that Henne squandered two time outs early in the 3rd quarter.

Are you guys nuts?  Henne was throwing the ball away when he over-threw half of those receivers!  The ball in the end zone to Haynos?  Threw it away.  Over-throws to guys bracketed by double coverage?  Threw the ball away.

SOTG goes to the secondary.  Couldn't stay with Moss and Welker.

Bullshit.  Henne just has no accuracy.

Secondary allowed the Pats to only score 21 points, they shouldn't get SOTG.  Where was Randy Moss in the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th quarter.  No where to be found.

Ridiculous that in a game in which Henne carried the team you're still on him like he stinks.

What do you expect from Tepop? Henne could throw for 300+ yards and 2 TDs for the win, and he would still be saying Henne sucks.

...oh wait.
