I don't know if I'll be accepting friend requests from people from this site.  I got flooded with requests all at once, and it probably makes more sense to keep the two things separate and just use the TDMMC page on Facebook do my updates for me.

Guys, thanks for all the friend requests, but this policy applies for me as well. I won't be accepting personal friend requests. I like to keep certain aspects of my life private.

As I get to know people and build personal relationships with you, I'll add along the way.  I generally have a personal rule about facebook and "friends" - I want them to actually be people that I interact with in my real life to an extent.

I use the same rule.  I get people requesting me from high school all the time that I haven't talked to in years and many of them don't get added.  So if you request me and I don't confirm you, don't take it personally...
