So, watching the news again today, the guy brought up electrical problems again.  I think that there may be additional investigations.

Which sources are those? I have yet to see anything that says there is no possibility that the electronics could cause surging. I have seen and read several studies, to include ones by Toyota that electronic malfunctions can cause rpm increases and surging. The only difference is how bad it is.

A 4yr old manslaughter case is being reinvestigated as all this new info about Toyota and their lack of recalls may mean that this guy's car was out of control when it hit another car and killed three people.
