This past weekend, Lions team president got arrested for DUI with a blood-alcohol twice the legal Michigan limit.

Does this mean Goodell will suspend him for 4 games? (No, I'm not joking... Goodell has emphasized that the personal-conduct policy applies to everyone in the NFL, from players and coaches right up to himself).

A drunk lion....was there a Wendy's drive thru window involved in this incident?

My guess, NO.

As best as I can tell this is his first offense with the league.  And for a player with similiar conduct that would likely not involves a suspension.

Also as the President doesn't have any real game day responsiblities a suspension would be kinda meaningless and almost impossible to enforce.

He already has suffered...He's the President of the Lions... Cheesy

He now gets limited hot water in his showers, Only allowed 3 rounds of golf a week, and must wear an article of clothing on him that has a Lions logo everywhere he goes for the next 3 months.... Cheesy

Suspended players aren't allowed to participate in any team activities during their suspension. They are specifically precluded from even being at the team facilities for the duration (4 weeks or whatever corresponds to those gamedays). There are exceptions, but those are typically (exclusively?) limited to the off season.
