Went to see Inception this weekend on the advice of my daughter who thought it was one of the best movies ever.  I was entertained but I had a lot of issues with the plot and can't put it up there with the best.  7 out of 10.

Two for two on movies, Pappy. I agree, it was good movie. But hardly "one of the greatest films" that everyone is putting it out to be. Another one I don't understand why everyone is falling all over themselves for.

^^^ I haven't seen this film, but I expect I will agree. Films that use visual effects as a center piece I find to be entertaining, but I haven't seen any that make it to my list of great movies.

I liked it but as with all movies, there were a few holes in the plot. Awesome concept for sure though.  Its nice to see hollywood come up with an original idea once in a while.

This was one of the best movies in a long time. I've read some things where there might have been some plot holes but really, what movie doesn't have plot holes? I'd have watched it 5 times in the theatre if tickets didn't cost an arm and a leg.

As far as I can tell, Christoper Nolan has yet to make a bad movie.

i thought it was kind of boring and long, and was waiting for it to end for a while.  everybody else seems to think it is great though.

Thumbs down.  It was whacked out and tried too hard, and very confusing.  People are blinded by the amazing ending, and all the questions contained within.

Boo.

I enjoyed it, some people think it is so great because it is so different from the same ol tits, ass, and explosions of typical summer movies.
I do not think it is near as good as Memento, but Nolan makes good movies.

I haven't seen Inception yet, but will as soon as it comes to PPV.  I reeeeeally liked Memento, and have watched it 4-5 times so far. I like a good psychological thriller, and the more twists there are in the road, the more I'll enjoy the ride.

I'm surprised at how many people were indifferent or just didn't like it. I thought the entire movie was great, not just the ending. Come on, the corridor fight was worthy enough for the ticket price.  Smiley

P.S. Much better than Memento, and I really liked that movie too.
