While the topic of Dolphins cutting some high picks from past drafts has been beaten to death. 

It seem to be a trend through out the league.  The latest being Ugoh from the Colts. 

Seems that with the cap space penalty of the accelerated signing bonus gone, cutting mistakes is the vogue thing not just in Miami but everywhere.
