I just saw this last night. It was gloriously cheesy and over the top in the classic vein of blaxploitation movies of the 70's I do not see how some people got so worked over its racial overtones.

Robert Rodriguez directed it. It was a fake trailer between Planet Terror and Death Proof during the Grindhouse collaberation with Tarantino. They decided to make a movie.
Yes there are a lot of mexicans in it, but it is sooooo over the top and campy. I mean the music was almost the same as the bad porno music of the 70's, especially during the "sex" scenes.

Their just fine. I would have prefered to see Jessica Alba or Michelle Rodriguez in that situtation over Lindsay.
