He's gonna be as tough to replace as Welker was last year.

^^^ well yes and no.

Faulk is not nearly as important to the Pats offense as Welker is.  But Pats didn't really have to "replace" Welker, he got hurt on the last game of the season.  Faulk go hurt week 2.

I guess we will see how good Woodhead is sooner than I had expected to see him.

Aww man, I was hoping for a clever Hoodie pun.  Like:

"Aww Faulk, now what?"

or

"Major Faulk up - moved to IR"

Faulk is massively underrated as a blocker.

Kevin Faulk does a lot of dirty work for the Pats. I think this is a somewhat significant loss for them.  He's a Bellicheat guy for sure...a real hard worker and is willing to do whatever it takes for the team to succeed.

I'm sure they'll miss the little stuff he does, but the Patriots don't really run the football anyways.

I like Danny Woodhead, from what I saw on hard knocks.  It's the guys like that that I would want being my role-players.

If the Pats don't win the division, it's their own Faulk.

Big loss for the Pats. One of the underrated players in the NFL. One of the best 3 down backs in the league.
