He proved his value tonight.

Marshall had the best stats tonight.  He did everything he could.  The defense on the other hand...

Marshall.  Henne gets the HM, as he was excellent too.

Bess, since no one mentioned him, for making a bunch of catches on third downs

You gotta give it to either Henne or Marshall, but I choose Henne.

He did a great job with relatively no mistakes.  For someone who's had the reigns pulled awfully tight, he did well when given the chance to throw.

yeah, gotta go with Henne, though Marshall made some nice catches and at critical times.  Henne played for the most part mistake-free ball.  surprised by the call on 4th and goal in the closing seconds.  didn't think that was the best play-call.

Tepop is having computer troubles, so he asked me to post this for him.
"Henne sucks.  He threw an interception on the most important play of the game at the end.  He is god awful.  He needs to throw the ball downfield more."    At this point, I reminded Tepop that Henne threw for over 360 yards last night.  That is when Tepop gave me the finger and walked away while muttering about how much Henne sucks.      Grin

Chad Henne gets my game ball...kid looked like a real QB out there last night.

HM to Brandon Marshall.  Remember how, for the last 4-5 years or so, we've been screaming on these boards about what a true #1 WR could do for our offense?  Marshall gives us something we haven't had in a lonnnng damned time.

Am I the only one who thought Marshall looked out of shape? He had an IV drop during halftime, sucked major wind after most every play and following "big" plays in the second half he pretty much took a play off. Don't get me wrong here, he had a great game, I'm just surprised at the little things and can't help but wonder if he could've put up even better numbers.

Why no love for Dansby and Wake? The D-line did squat, but Dansby in particular had a great game.
