keeping the logic from a week ago around "must win" games, do folks still have the opinion that only "must win" games happen at the end of the year when win/loss are magnified because of number of games left?

we lose tonight and have 2 HOME losses inside the division, we can kiss the AFC East good-bye

Especially with a BYE week followed up by GB, Pitt, Baltimore, Cincy!!

You can say GOOD-NIGHT

Must win for what? The Playoffs? a Winning season? I don't see it as a must win game,we don't have the pressure, the Jets and Pats do to win make the playoffs.....I think it's an important game to win,but I wouldn't call it a "must win"....It always sucks to lose to a division rival.....

It's a damned important game, especially after the loss last week.  But it's just the 2nd of 6.  The Dolphins could go 5-1 in the divisional games and still lose the division.  Obviously, the other 10 games they play are also important.  The Fish are 1-1 in the division and 2-1 overall.  There is certainly a lot of football that needs to go down before any MUST WIN scenarios pop up.

***SARCASM ALERT***
If the Fins lose this game, they might as well give up since this is such a "must win."  There's no way they could ever beat Green Bay, Baltimore, Pittsburgh, or Cincy and challenge for a playoff spot because they lost 2 division games.

lose 2 division games at home and the chances of winning the division are .0000000001 with all the tiebreakers and such.

So yeah, its a must win. Getting a wild card spot after a 2-0 start with both wins on the road is a dissapointment, sorry but it is.

no pressure to win on Miami?! HA, if we don't make the playoffs and with Parcells taking a back seat now, expect a house cleaning. Carl Peterson as your new President and a new coach next year. MIAMI BETTER HAVE A WINNING SEASON and at least make the playoffs!! There is pressure!

With all the wasted draft picks this group has had, anything short of a winning season and they are all gone

yeah, 3rd season....so what?!  In this league that is a century!!

All I know is we went from 11 wins to 7 wins....and if its 7 or less this year that is "REGRESSION"...not improvement

2-2 with 2 HOME loses and the toughest stretch of our schedule coming up. Not promising. Not in a tough AFC where "wild card" spots look bleak. When you got Pitt/Baltimore in the North and Indy/Houston in the South

We also have 2 road victories.  So what?

Plus, we we're winning this game right now.  Can we debate 2-2 if that actually happens?
