Our last 4 National TV Games

Indy--We hold the ball for 45 minutes and still lose
Jets- We win but need to score with 4 seconds left to do it
Jets--We make Marc Sanchez look like Joe Montana and lose
Pats---Last night, need I say more.


I'm sick of looking like fools on national TV. Aside from the one Jets win the other 3 loses have been epic disasters. Go back to Sunday's at 1pm, tell the NFL to give the primetime games to someone else

It looks like our guys get a little too geaked up for these games.  They look tired toward the end.  Perhaps they should lay off the smelling sauce.  Guys were hitting the stuff the whole game and it didn't look to have anything to do with getting rattled.

While it is possible to be some cause and effect as Doc-phin suggests.  It probably ain't.

The look at who those four teams are.

Indy - Won the AFCCG last year.  Have not missed the playoffs since 2001.  Have had only on season with less than 10 wins since and missed the playoffs once since 1999.

Jets - Last year won 2 playoff games on the road. 

Patriots - Most dominant team of the past decade. 

The Dolphins are a good team that tends to beat weaker teams, sometimes beats great teams, sometimes loses to great teams.  All the prime time games have been against great teams.  If the Dolphins had played Oakland, Buffalo and the Lions in the prime time the record would surely be different.  If they play the Colts, Jets and Patriots in non-prime time the record would likely be the same.

I think they need to go back to playing games at 1 pm in September. That use to be such a big advantage for the Dolphins against these northern teams coming down here. But the dolphins wanted to change that because its to hot for the fans to sit in the sun for a couple hours. We get two night games to start the home schedule and we lose them both.

I'm not saying that's why we lost the games (both the jets and pats are just better), but I bet the Packers aren't asking the NFL to play most of their home games before december so the fans don't have to sit through freezing temps.
