Do WHAT one more time? He has yet to see it through to the end with any team other than the Giants over 20 years ago.

Take a team that is a disaster and turn it into respectable....he had done that with multiple teams.

If he turns around and goes to another team, he should be forced to give back some of that ridiculous buyout payment that Miami gave him.
